The path of the Angels that leads to Serenity

Chakras are important energy centers located in the body. There are seven chakras arranged vertically from the top of the head to the tailbone. Chakras regulate the flow of energy in the body, and it pertains to the physical body and the spirit alike. If one or more Chakras become blocked, the flow of energy is interrupted, affecting body and spirit.
The 7 chakras are named and located as follows: Crown Chakra, at the top of the head; Third Eye Chakra, between the eyebrows; Throat Chakra, in the throat; Heart Chakra, slightly above the heart; Solar Plexus, just below the ribcage, in the abdomen; Sacral Chakra, just below the navel; Root Chakra, at the base of the spine. As you can see, they form a vertical line, from top to bottom.
As mentioned, a Chakra cleanse is important because when one or more Chakras become blocked, the flow of energy is interrupted, and it can be felt physically or psychologically. The symptoms of a blockage can vary from tiredness, headaches, or stomach discomfort, to feeling distant, a lack of motivation, or inability to focus, among others. While there are several methods for a Chakra cleanse, the most recommended is meditation.
Meditation intended as a cleanse for all the Chakras at once can be done following the same steps as any meditation. Start by finding a quiet place, where no one will disturb you, and sit down comfortably. Take some deep breaths and focus on these breaths until you feel yourself relaxing and possibly entering a trance-like state. Now you can put into practice another method: visualization. Visualize a beam of white energy entering the Crown Chakra, unblocking it, and slowly flowing through it to the Third Eye Chakra, and so on until you reach the Root Chakra.
If you are able to detect which of your Chakras is blocked, you can choose to cleanse that Chakra individually. Again, meditation and visualization are recommended, but there are also other methods. For example, the Root Chakra is connected to the Earth, and so walking barefoot in nature can help recharge its energy. The Sacral Chakra can be cleansed using water as a source, so swimming, a shower, or a bath are recommended. The Third Eye Chakra responds well to natural light and the energy coming from the Sun.
Each of the other Chakras also have their energy sources for cleansing, and a quick search will deliver you the necessary information. In any case, when in doubt, a general cleanse is very helpful, and doing it regularly is always a good idea.
